Close My Eyes

Here you are, fast asleep
Lying so close I can't believe it
You've never been so honest
Here you are, beautiful
Quietly comfortable
Is this what you wanted?

I try to understand the signs
When your body's next to mine
I can't deny how you make me feel
If your heart says this isn't right
Tell me why you're here tonight
Should I

Close my eyes
Maybe I should close my eyes
I could fall asleep
Fall into your dream
That could be enough for me
It could be

Is it true, or just pretend?
If you were with someone else instead
Would you be so honest?
If this is what we're supposed to be
Tell me why you always leave
Is that the way you want it?

I try to understand the signs
When your body's next to mine
I can't deny how you make me feel
If your heart says this isn't right
Why the hell are you here tonight?
Should I

Close my eyes
Maybe I should close my eyes
I could fall asleep
Fall into your dream
That could be enough for me
It could be

Close my eyes
Maybe I should close my eyes
I could fall asleep
Fall into your dream
That could be enough, be enough for me

Close my eyes
Close my eyes
Close my eyes

Diamonds Rain

Pretty boys, pretty girls turn to lovers
Picture perfect dreams and so much to prove
But that ain’t us, we ain’t like the others
Living for tonight with nothing to lose

Now we're driving on this open road
God knows where we’re going now that we're alone
If you wanna take the long way home
I can take you anywhere

No matter what happens, babe, I just wanna be with you
When diamonds rain on the avenue
In a perfect sky, shooting stars are passing by
Two broke lovers, oh
Diamonds rain when you’re with me, baby, diamonds rain
No matter what happens babe, I  just wanna be with you
When diamonds rain on the avenue

Beautiful like waves on the ocean
Nothing in the world can stop you and I
Here in the starlight, you know
Anything we want is ours tonight

If you wanna take the long way home
I can take you anywhere

No matter what happens, babe, I just wanna be with you
When diamonds rain on the avenue
In a perfect sky, shooting stars are passing by
Two broke lovers, oh
Diamonds rain when you’re with me, baby, diamonds rain
No matter what happens babe, I  just wanna be with you
When diamonds rain on the avenue

Diamonds Raining all around
Yeah… Baby, baby… Ooh

No matter what happens, babe, I just wanna be with you
When diamonds rain on the avenue
In a perfect sky, shooting stars are passing by
Two broke lovers

No matter what happens, babe, I just wanna be with you
When diamonds rain on the avenue
In a perfect sky, shooting stars are passing by
Two broke lovers, oh
Diamonds rain when you’re with me, baby, diamonds rain
No matter what happens babe, I  just wanna be with you
When diamonds rain on the avenue

Fallback

Stuck on the night train
Going back home from your place
Keep telling myself that you're the one
Don't know where we're heading
But I keep on getting
Addicted to what I shouldn’t want

'Cause my heart always feels the same
Yeah I know I should walk away
But I'm too young to play it safe
This isn’t over
It's always the same mistake

Every time we go again it’s deja vu
And we fall back fall back
What we know is what we do
Every time we go again it’s deja vu
And we fall back fall back
I always fall back to you

Caught up in the photos
And the DMs in my phone
Where we go wrong, I never know
I’m lonely without you
But broken around you
How could I ever let you go?

'Cause my heart always feels the same
This isn’t over
It's always the same mistake

Every time we go again it’s deja vu
And we fall back fall back
What we know is what we do
Every time we go again it’s deja vu
And we fall back fall back
I always fall back to you

Every time we keep on falling
Every time we keep on falling

Issues

We swore it would be just a one-time fling
'Cause we ain't prepared for a long-time thing
I'm caught up in me working for my dreams
And you can't commit, you just love the game

But now I'm lonely all the time
And you're wasted all the time
I'm wondering where you are tonight
Guess that we can't lie

We got issues, love and trust issues
But no, I can’t say goodbye
We got issues, call me 'cause I miss you
No, I can’t say goodbye
Ooh, issues
Ooh, issues

Yeah, I want you bad
And I'm on the verge of letting you in
But there's nowhere to go
When we're both scared of getting too close

It happens all the time
Running in circles all the time
I'm wondering where you are tonight
Guess that we can't lie

We got issues, love and trust issues
But no, I can’t say goodbye
We got issues, call me 'cause I miss you
No, I can’t say goodbye
Ooh, issues
Ooh, issues

I’m so dishonest
And you don’t say a thing
Crazy how we just can’t walk away
Maybe this time we’ll make it right
But we can’t lie that

We got issues, love and trust issues
But no, I can’t say goodbye
We got issues, call me 'cause I miss you
No, I can’t say goodbye
Ooh, issues
Ooh, issues

We got issues, love and trust issues
But no, I can’t say goodbye
